Outline planning permission has been granted by Fenland District Council under Reference F/YR16/0513/0 dated the 15th March 2017 for the construction of two bungalows on the site, subject to conditions. A copy of the planning consent is available for inspection at the Agent's office or can be viewed on the District Council's planning portal.
It is understood that all mains services are available for extension into the sites. The vendors are able to provide further information if requested.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
